Andrew Ellis

Andrew Ellis has a diverse work experience in the construction and real estate development industries. Andrew is currently the Vice President of Development Management at Cardinal Group Management. Prior to this, Andrew founded and served as the CEO of Traction Solutions LLC, providing consulting services to the construction and real estate development industries. Andrew also worked as the Senior Vice President of Implementation at Echelon Energy.

Earlier in their career, Andrew held various roles at Cardinal Group Management, including Vice President of Development, Director of Project Management, and Senior Project Manager. Andrew also worked as a Project Manager at Saunders Construction and as an Assistant Project Manager at M. A. Mortenson and Hathaway Dinwiddie.

Andrew's experience includes leading teams, managing projects in various market segments, and achieving LEED certifications. Andrew has knowledge and expertise in hospitality, commercial, mixed-use retail, industrial process, life science, educational, multi-family, tenant improvements, and energy efficiency projects.

Andrew Ellis attended Colorado State University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Andrew also holds a LEED AP certification from USGBC, although the date of certification is unknown.
