Cullen Myers has extensive experience in property management, starting as a maintenance technician and working their way up to roles such as Leasing Director, Assistant Community Manager, and eventually, Portfolio Manager II at Cardinal Group Companies. Throughout their career, Cullen has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial analysis, marketing strategies, and team management. Cullen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing from Purdue University.
