Harlen Hays

Harlen Hays is a Senior Director of Scientific Operations and Analytics at Cardinal Health, overseeing multiple teams within the Division of Real World Evidence and Insights since August 2020. Previously, Harlen served as the Director of Research Analytics at Cardinal Health, directing a team in statistical analysis of real-world data for biopharmaceutical manufacturers. Prior experience includes a tenure at Cerner Corporation, where Harlen held several roles, including Lead Analytics Advisory Consultant and Manager of Analytics Advisory Services, focusing on transforming healthcare analytics culture. Harlen's early career includes leadership in research at Cerner, managing significant budgets and projects, as well as teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Rockhurst University. Harlen has a Master of Public Health in Occupational and Environmental Epidemiology and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of Michigan.
