Melanie Jones

Melanie Jones is an experienced consultant in instructional design and development, currently employed at Cardinal Health since November 2014, where responsibilities include designing and developing various learning solutions focused on education and business initiatives, including award-winning courses on unconscious bias and performance management. Previous roles include instructional designer at NiSource, adjunct professor at Franklin University teaching online courses, and consultant positions at Sequent and Collabera, where training solutions were developed for major organizations. Additionally, experience in training and development was gained at The Ohio State University and Bank One Corporation, alongside a strong educational background with an MA in Workforce Development & Education and a BA in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
