Christopher J. Barron

Christopher J. Barron has extensive experience in human resources, beginning as an Emergency Medical Technician at Northwestern Ambulance Corps in 2012. Christopher J. then transitioned to roles in HR, including Human Resources Generalist at Jawonio from 2014 to 2020, Director of Human Resources at Community Based Services in 2020, and currently serves as the Administrative Director of Human Resources at Cardinal McCloskey Community Services since 2021. In their current role, they oversee core HR functions for a large non-profit organization, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and labor union relations.

Christopher J. Barron completed their high school education at Don Bosco Preparatory High School from 2005 to 2009. Christopher J. then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Psychology from DeSales University from 2009 to 2013.
