Celina DeFigueiredo-Dusseau, MBM has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Celina started their career at the University of Michigan School of Public Health as a Summer Intern, gaining exposure to health disparities and healthcare organizations. Celina then worked at Trinity Health as a Project Manager before joining the University of Michigan, where they held various positions including Course Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Academic Coach/Mentor. Celina also worked at Apple as a Sales/Technical Specialist and at the University of Michigan Medical School as a Curatorial Assistant and Research Associate. Celina joined Medical Advantage as a Business Development Coordinator and progressed to roles including Project Management Associate and Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director at CardioOne, focusing on Practice Implementation.

Celina DeFigueiredo-Dusseau, MBM has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Celina also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Movement Science, with a focus on Pre-medical Studies, from the University of Michigan. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Pre-Medical Studies from Monroe County Community College.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Celina DeFigueiredo-Dusseau has received several certifications.
