Ed Bassin

Ed Bassin, Ph.D. has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Ed has held various leadership positions and has worked for several organizations specializing in healthcare analytics, bundled payment programs, and alternative payment models. Bassin has served as Vice President at Cardiovascular Associates of America and Accede Corporation. Ed was also the President of Value-Based Long Term Care and held senior vice president roles at New Century Health and Remedy Partners. Additionally, they worked as the Chief Analytics Officer at Archway Health Advisors and as a Product Manager at HPR, Inc. Bassin started their own consulting company, ProfSoft, Inc., which later transformed into a software business and was acquired by Thomson Reuters. Ed holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering.

Ed Bassin, Ph.D., received their B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Ohio University in 1986. Ed then pursued a Ph.D. in Sociology at Indiana University Bloomington from 1986 to 1991.
