Bal Suchenski

Bal Suchenski currently serves as the Recruiting Team Lead at Cardlytics, driving talent acquisition strategy and continuous improvement efforts since June 2023. Previously, Bal held a key role in leadership and executive recruiting at Stripe, where collaboration with global leaders facilitated the expansion of the executive team across various functions. As Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Mastercard, responsibilities included leading critical high-level searches while contributing to the Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Bal’s extensive experience also includes significant roles at CHG Healthcare as a Senior Search Consultant and at Allegis Global Solutions as a recruiter for American Express. Earlier career achievements include building a recruiting team at LSC and analytical roles at CoStar Group. Bal holds a degree from Birmingham City University.
