Rubin Haxhiymeri's work experience begins with their current role as a Product Delivery and Growth Lead at CARDO AI, which started in August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Vodafone from 2015 to 2021, first as a Graduate Engineer in the National Network Planning and Optimization team, then as a Radio Network Optimization Engineer, and finally as an Agile Coach. Rubin'sresponsibilities at Vodafone included drafting and reviewing daily network KPI reports, addressing network performance issues, and leading the company-wide agile transformation.
Before their time at Vodafone, Rubin worked at Sony from 2012 to 2013 as a Junior Project Engineer, where they assisted with European-based projects involving the installation of the Media Backbone Conductor platform.
Rubin Haxhiymeri has a diverse education history. Rubin started their education journey in 2009 at UCL, where they obtained a University Preparatory Certificate for Science and Engineering (UPCSE). From 2010 to 2015, Rubin attended the University of Surrey and achieved a Master of Engineering (MEng) Hons. degree specializing in Telecommunications Systems.
In 2019, Rubin enrolled in an Executive Training Program at IEDC - Bled School of Management, focusing on Digital Transformation. Rubin completed this program within the same year. In 2021, Rubin further enhanced their knowledge by participating in another Executive Training Program at IEDC - Bled School of Management, this time concentrating on Advanced Digital Transformation.
Additionally, Rubin Haxhiymeri has earned several certifications to bolster their skill set. These certifications include being an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching Certification (obtained in October 2019), a Certified Agile Leadership I (obtained in October 2019), a Professional Agile Leadership I (obtained in January 2021), a Professional Scrum with Kanban I (obtained in January 2022), an ICAgile Certified Professional in Delivery at Scale (obtained in June 2022), a Scale Up Coach Certification Program (obtained in November 2022), and an ICAgile Certified Professional in Systems Coaching (obtained in March 2023).
