Luis Landero

Luis Landero is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Deskside Support Analyst at Trindonex S. de R. L. de C.V. since December 2017, and holding the position of Help Desk Analyst at Littelfuse since May 2015, Luis has developed a comprehensive skill set in user support and system administration. Previous experience includes a role as a Técnico de Última Milla at StarNetwork, where responsibilities included remote and on-site support for telecommunications services, as well as the installation and management of MDF and retransmission antennas. Luis holds a degree in Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales from Instituto Tecnológico de Matamoros, completed in 2014.
