Dustin Swisstack has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Dustin started their career as a Webmaster at Microage in 1996, where they managed interactive websites and implemented website development processes. Dustin then joined Avnet in 1998 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they served as the lead web developer and architect for the design and development of e-commerce sites. In 1999, they moved to Sage Software as a Principal Engineer and Development Manager, where they played a key role in over 30 product releases and led development teams for various products. Most recently, they worked at CardTapp as the Chief Technology Officer since 2013, where they developed and launched CardTapp into a successful $5 million annual revenue product/business. Dustin also attracted and hired a skilled development team and served as the Scrum Master or Product Owner for numerous Sprints. Throughout their work experience, Dustin has shown expertise in system architecture implementation, client-side development using various technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

Dustin Swisstack completed their education from 1985 to 1989 at Clifton High School, where they obtained a diploma with a focus on College Prep. Following this, from 1990 to 1995, they attended Northern Arizona University and pursued a field of study in Computer Science (CSC). Additionally, they obtained certifications from the Scrum Alliance, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in January 2019.
