Giancarlo Marchesi is an accomplished executive in the financial services sector with extensive experience in consumer lending, risk management, and decision science. Currently serving as the Head of Client Success at CardWorks, Giancarlo focuses on enhancing the profitability of clients' consumer lending programs. Previously held positions include General Manager of Auto Finance at Pagaya, Head of Consumer Lending at Santander Bank, and Head of Credit Risk for Auto Finance at Wells Fargo. Giancarlo co-founded Rubicon River Partners, LLC, which developed innovative lead generation processes for credit card services. Earlier career highlights include leading Decision Management at First Data Corp. and overseeing credit risk for co-branded credit card portfolios at JPMorgan Chase.
