Patrick Byrne

Patrick Byrne is the Chairman of the Board at Care Angel. Patrick has extensive experience in the business world, having served as a managing director, board director, and operating executive for various companies.

Byrne's career began at Ernst & Young, where they spent eight years as a managing partner in the supply chain and transportation consulting department. Patrick then transitioned to Accenture plc, where they spent seven years as a senior managing director in the strategy and operations department. In 2010, Byrne joined TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. as an operating executive.

The following year, Byrne became a board director for PRGX Global Inc. (NASDAQ-GM: PRGX). Patrick held this position until 2011, when they joined Livingston International--Sterling Partners & Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Portfolio Company as a board director. Byrne remained with Livingston until 2019.

Most recently, Byrne has been serving as the Chairman of the Board at Care Angel since 2020.

Byrne earned their BBA in finance and marketing from Kent State University and their MBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
