Tom Dougherty has a strong educational background in the field of economics and healthcare financial management. Tom completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at Saint Joseph's University from 1988 to 1992. Tom went on to pursue further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare Financial Management from the University of Phoenix between 2003 and 2005. Additionally, they recently obtained the certification of CAHME Fellow from the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education in April 2023.
