Dr. Yusef Ismail

Dr. Yusef Ismail is a seasoned professional in public administration and human services with extensive experience in program management and community outreach. Serving as the Foundation & Corporate Relations Manager at Care For the Homeless since March 2023, Dr. Ismail has previously held key positions including Director of Programs at United Way of Essex and West Hudson, and Founder & Executive Director of Stop Shootin Inc. In earlier roles, Dr. Ismail was involved in job development at Offender Aid & Restoration of Essex County Inc., and provided case management at Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and New Jersey. Dr. Ismail's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Public Administration from Capella University and a Master’s Degree in Human Services & Administration from Lincoln University.
