Katie Merrill

Katie Merrill has been in the Human Resources field since 2001. Katie began their career as an HR Administrator at Christian Salvesen. In 2004, they joined Shaw Healthcare (Group) Ltd as a Recruitment and Resourcing Manager and later as an HR Manager. In 2022, they became the Head of People and Culture at Care Hires.

Katie Merrill attended Northampton High School and then went on to the University of Northampton, where they obtained a CIPD degree.
