Kim McKeon

Kim McKeon is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in HR strategy, talent management, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People Partnerships and Talent Management at Ceribell, Kim also brings expertise as a self-employed HR Strategy Consultant and Executive Coach. Previously, Kim held several senior HR positions at Netflix, including Director of Global Human Resources Business Partner and Head of HR for Global Customer Experience. Additionally, Kim worked at TriNet as a Senior Human Capital Consultant and held multiple HR leadership roles at Macy's, culminating in the position of Director of Employee Relations for Macy's Corporate.
