Dr. Harish Telu serves as the Head of the Department of Emergency Medicine at CARE Hospitals, Quality CARE India Limited since July 2016, overseeing departmental operations, roster maintenance, key performance indicators, quality assurance in the emergency room, triaging, budgeting, and management information systems improvement. Previous roles include Deputy Medical Superintendent, Consultant in Emergency Medicine, Clinical Safety Officer, and Covid-19 Nodal Officer. Dr. Telu's extensive training in emergency medicine began with a residency at the Society for Emergency Medicine India, following earlier experience as a Resident Medical Officer at Manipal Hospital and a Medical Officer at RG Stone Urology Hospital. Academic credentials include a Masters in Emergency Medicine, an MRCEM from The Royal College of Emergency Medicine, and an MBBS from NMC, complemented by foundational education in science and secondary studies.
