Justin Bartlett

Justin Bartlett, ARM has over 20 years of work experience in risk management and loss control. Justin is currently the Director of Risk Management at Care Initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as the Risk Services Director at Continental Western Group, where they led the Risk Services department and collaborated with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans. Justin also worked at Nationwide Insurance as a Loss Control Manager, overseeing all corporate loss control efforts, and as a Senior Loss Control Representative, providing specialized customer service and conducting evaluations. Justin Bartlett began their career as a Risk Management Intern at Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency and served as a Mental Health Technician in the United States Air Force. Justin also has experience as a Warehouse Manager at Canon USA.

Justin Bartlett, ARM holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety from Illinois State University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed an Associate degree in Arts at Harper College from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Justin has obtained additional certifications such as the Associate In Risk Management (ARM) from The Institutes CPCU Society and the OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety & Health from the U.S. Department of Labor.
