Vincent DiCaro has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Vincent began their career as a Tutor at The College of New Jersey in 1998. Vincent then joined Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in 1999. In 2002, they transitioned to the National Fatherhood Initiative, where they served as the Vice President of Development and Communication. In this role, they were responsible for managing the organization's communications and development activities, including public relations, social media, fundraising, and government relations. In 2014, DiCaro joined Care Net as the Chief Outreach Officer. Alongside this role, they also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins University, starting in 2014 and concluding in 2018.
