Nick Fry

Nick joined in 2019 as Property Director and is responsible for Care South’s property portfolio.

Nick is a fully qualified chartered surveyor and has worked for several housing associations across Dorset, Hampshire and Somerset in varied property-related roles. His most recent role was as an Associate Director for a private property management company.

Nick is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers.
