Zachary Pusch

Zachary Pusch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, partnerships, and engagement within the development sector. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Strategy, Partnerships, and Engagement at CARE since May 2022, Zachary leads US Government engagement and strategic planning across various sectors, including health and governance. Previously, Zachary held multiple roles at USAID between 2015 and 2022, most notably as a Locally Led Development Sustainability Manager where leadership of a cross-Agency working group resulted in USAID's first local capacity development policy. Zachary's career also includes roles in environmental advisory, strategy consulting, and legislative correspondence, alongside a strong academic foundation with a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
