Michelle Hochberg has had a successful career in product management and content production. Michelle began their career in 2011 as an Editorial Assistant at Pearson Education, where they managed the Literacy/ELL higher education lists during a three-month Acquisitions Editor vacancy. Michelle then moved to De Gruyter as a Journals Editor in 2013, followed by a role as an Associate Editor at Jones & Bartlett Learning in 2014. In 2016, they became Program Manager, Recert at Public Safety Group, where they collaborated with key stakeholders to create and launch an online continuing education service. Finally, in 2018, they joined CareAcademy.com as a Senior Product Manager and Content and Production Director (Product Manager). As an early employee, they contributed to CareAcademy's hyper-growth and defined the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the content product. Michelle also built and led a team of 5 full-time employees and over 50+ contractors, scaled CareAcademy’s library of online training by 2526%, and decreased content creation costs by 91%.

Michelle Hochberg holds a BA in Drama from Tufts University, an Associate Student degree from Queen Mary University of London in Drama, and a Copyediting Certificate from Emerson College. Michelle has also completed graduate-level courses in Foundations in Instructional Design and Learning Technology from UMass Boston and Project Management from Harvard Extension School.
