Radoslav Panev has worked in the IT industry since 2015. In that time, they have held a variety of roles with various companies. In 2015, they worked as a Freelance Linux System Administrator for Solymar Services LTD. In 2016, they worked as a Freelance Linux Web Server administrator for Aleksandrovska University Hospital. In 2017, they worked as a Co-Founder for vByte, a provider of specialized services covering installation, administration, and support for servers based on Microsoft Windows and Linux. In 2018, they worked as a Freelance Linux System Administrator for Globaxy, and as a Linux System Administrator for DSK Bank. In 2019, they worked as a System Administrator / DevOps for vConnect. In 2020, they held the role of DevOps Engineer for Xogito Group, Inc. In 2021, they held the role of DevOps Engineer for both Xogito Group, Inc. and CareAlign.

Radoslav Panev completed their education in 2000 at the Technical School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronics, where they earned a degree in Radio Telecommunication Assembler (V). In 2014, they obtained certifications in Linux Foundation's LFS101x Introduction to Linux and cPanel's L1: cPanel Base Certification: Technical. In 2020, they added a Python 3 Scripting for System Administrators certification from Linux Academy.
