Elisabeth DelGrosso, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare organizations and roles. Elisabeth began their career in 2006 as a Research Assistant and Clinical Practicum participant at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Elisabeth then worked as a Public Health Intern at Rutgers School of Public Health and as a Program Analyst at The National Business Group on Health. In 2010, Elisabeth joined Health Strategies & Solutions as an Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions and Partnerships, where they later became a Senior Analyst. Elisabeth then moved to Health Strategies & Solutions, which was acquired by Veralon, where they continued their work in M&A and Partnerships. In 2014, Elisabeth interned as an MBA Intern in Enterprise Account Strategy at athenahealth before becoming the Chief of Staff to the EVP/President of Client Organization in 2015. Elisabeth joined CareAllies in 2017 as the Director of Strategic Planning & Business Operations. Elisabeth was promoted to Vice President of Strategy in 2020 and Vice President of Strategy, Partnerships & Product in 2021.
Elisabeth DelGrosso, MBA, earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in 2015. During their time at Duke, they focused on Health Sector Management with a concentration in Strategy. Prior to their MBA, Elisabeth completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health Studies, with concentrations in Natural Sciences and Pre-Medicine, at The Johns Hopkins University from 2005 to 2009.
