Julianne also has experience as the Vice President of Strategy at Quattro Agency, where they transformed a traditional direct marketing firm into a forward-thinking B2B and B2C Digital Marketing Agency. During their tenure, they tripled the agency's size and profit, developed a suite of data services and digital offerings, and provided omnichannel marketing capabilities.

As an independent consultant, Julianne served as the Head of Digital Transformation & Marketing Strategy for various companies. Julianne helped define post-2008 marketing strategies and product design for a private wealth management firm and contributed to other market disruption projects.

Furthermore, Julianne was an original member of the Senior Management Team at LendingTree, where they played pivotal roles in building the company's corporate strategy, systems, relationships, and marketing.

Earlier in their career, Julianne served as the Director of eCommerce & Strategic Planning at EMS Financial Services, where they were responsible for eCommerce, third party, alliance, and B-to-B marketing initiatives. Julianne achieved notable success in marketing strategy and online business acquisition.

Julianne began their career as an Agency Account Executive at EURO RSCG KLP, where they led acquisition, retention, and CRM initiatives for large national clients, including ADT Security Systems and Nextel Communications. Julianne contributed to substantial growth in these business lines and frequently participated in RFP response/new business acquisition teams.

Julianne H. has pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Advertising from Penn State University. Additionally, they have attended the University of Richmond, where they focused on Marketing without completing a specific degree program.
