Angela Parsons has vast experience in various leadership roles related to business planning, workforce management, and financial analysis. Angela has served as the Vice President of Business Planning/Workforce Management & User Acceptance Testing at CareCentrix, where they were responsible for managing contact center and production operations teams, overseeing work streams, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements. Prior to this, Angela was the President and Co-Owner of Parkley Consulting, Inc.
