Tehmina H.

Tehmina H. has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Operations for Advantmed, where they used their healthcare experience to enable providers to thrive in value-based programs and led product development. Tehmina was also an Independent Healthcare Consultant in 2021 and the Chief Operating Officer for Dougherty Laser Vision. In 2022, they began their current role as the Director of Operations for CareConnectMD, where they oversee effective and continuous operations for three lines of business. Prior to this, Tehmina held the position of Executive Director at Paloma Medical Group from 2007.

Tehmina H. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ashford University in 2013. Tehmina then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from The George Washington University- Milken Institute School of Public Health, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, in 2021, Tehmina obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate through the American College of Medical Practice Executives (HRMC) from MGMA.
