Namit Goel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Operations Experience at Careem since April 2018, Namit oversees the entire customer experience journey while leading operations in merchant and logistics sectors. Prior roles include Senior Director of Global Care & Service Operations, where Namit managed customer experience for Careem's Super-App, and Director of Care for New Verticals, focusing on service operations for new initiatives.
