Nicole Dawson

Nicole Dawson is an experienced professional in youth engagement and digital communication. Currently serving as a Job Coach at Career Connect since November 2023, Nicole focuses on supporting NEET young people in the North Manchester area under the Manchester City Council contract. Previous roles include Digital Resourcing Officer at Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust and Engagement Worker at Career Connect, where responsibilities centered on guiding young people aged 16-18 into education, employment, or training. Additionally, Nicole volunteered as a Social Media Officer for Sedgley Park Ladies RUFC and as a Youth Ambassador with Youth Employment UK. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Higher Education in Health and Social Care from The University of Huddersfield and a BTEC in Creative Media along with A Level Film Studies from Bury College.
