Mercy Wambua

Mercy Wambua, MACP, serves as an Executive Associate at Career Connections since March 2023 and is the Founder and CEO of Serenity Minds KE, also established in January 2023. Additionally, Mercy Wambua holds the position of Individual Partner at Action for Preventive Mental Health, focusing on community-based approaches to mental health issues. Previous experience includes working as a Trauma Therapist at Company Wellness Solutions, where trauma-informed therapy and psychosocial support were provided, and as a Clinical Psychologist at HAVEN C&M SERVICES, managing psychological assessments and crisis counseling. Mercy Wambua has enhanced organizational well-being as a Well-being Consultant at Sama and gained valuable experience during an internship at the Public Service Commission of Kenya. An educational background in Clinical Psychology includes a Master of Arts from United States International University - Africa, alongside various short courses in mental health and leadership from esteemed institutions.
