Ginny Cheng

Ginny C. serves as the Global Head of Talent and Talent Branding at ŌURA since February 2022, focusing on global hiring in the US, Finland, and the UK. Additionally, Ginny maintains a role as a Career Clarity Coach at Career Contessa, recognized for achieving the highest number of testimonials among 40 coaches. Involvement with JobPixel as an Advisor began in September 2023, while also serving as an Advisor for Talent Collective and as a Venture Partner and Founding Member at Syelo Ventures. As a Founding Member of The Authentic Asian, Ginny strives to support Asian American Female Leaders within a connected community. Furthermore, Ginny operates @askcoachginny, offering keynote speaking, panel moderation, and group coaching services. Previous experience includes leadership positions in recruiting and talent marketing at Zillow and advisory roles at Paragon One and 81cents, a pay equity startup. Ginny holds a BA in Communications from the University of Washington.
