Izabela Herman

Izabela Herman has extensive experience as a career competence trainer at Career Direct since February 2013, specializing in guiding high school students, university students, and early career professionals through consultations and personal coaching. Izabela has developed workshops aimed at helping youth discover their talents and strengths. Prior to this role, Izabela worked as a medical representative at Gedeon Richter from August 1998 to June 2001, promoting newly introduced pharmaceuticals in the Polish market. Izabela is currently pursuing a degree in job coaching and modern career counseling at Uniwersytet SWPS, having previously studied personality identification consulting and veterinary medicine at various institutions, including Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie.
