Liz Giacco Brown

Liz Giacco Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching and wellness. Currently serving as an ADHD Coach Trainer at MentorCoach LLC since November 2023, Liz has been the Owner and PCC, NBC-HWC, MCAC, CPRC Life Coach at Be Well Life Coaching LLC since March 2013. Additional roles include Fellow Coach at BetterUp and Mentor Coach at Maryland University of Integrative Health, both since 2019, as well as Career Coach and Consultant at SamNova, Incorporated, and Career Direct Coach since 2018. Liz has a background in fitness, including positions as a Yoga Instructor and Fitness Instructor at Brandywine YMCA until 2018. Earlier in the career, Liz worked in finance as Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending at First Pennsylvania Bank.
