Antwon Gleaton, MBA has held multiple positions in the past few years. In 2019, they served as a Senior Accountant for Columbia Housing, where they interacted and collaborated with diverse groups and individuals including management, peers, government agencies, financial institutions, tenants, and the public. Antwon also reviewed general ledger accounts, prepared journal entries, reconciled entries and interfaced with the general ledger system and reduced a 75-day backlog with a 30-day timeframe. In 2020, they served as Business Office Associate for CarMax, where they completed the Express Pick-Up (EPU) process for customers and reduced wait time by 20%. Antwon also finalized the sales process with 250+ customers and collaborated with Sales Managers to ensure that customer’s purchases needs were met. Antwon then served as HBCU Program Coordinator for SC Small Business Development Centers, where they extracted and analyzed data from diverse sources to provide data-driven advice and technical guidance to drive business growth for small minority businesses. Antwon also created a statewide program entitled “The BRIDGE” that facilitated in the minority business growth efforts. Finally, Antwon is currently serving as Solutions Engineer for Careerist, where they make Discovery & Qualification to develop strong proposals and deliver optimal user experiences. Antwon also leverages persuasion and objection skills to upsell services and products to clients, and develops solutions and consistently accomplishes objectives in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams.

Antwon received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Limestone University in 2014, and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Business Administration and Management, General from Limestone University in 2014. Antwon then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Webster University in 2017. In 2022, they completed a Solution Engineering course at Careerist.
