Cody Melton

Cody Melton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cody started their career in the United States Air Force, where they held various roles such as Avionics Specialist, Test and Evaluation Lead, and Remotely Piloted Aircraft and Avionics Fundamentals Instructor. In these positions, they demonstrated expertise in repairing avionics equipment, leading maintenance teams, and instructing service men and women on aircraft systems.

After their military service, Cody joined CareerSource Palm Beach County. Cody held several roles in the organization, including Talent Acquisition Specialist, Local Veterans' Employment Representative/Business Account Manager, Manager of Programs, and Director of Operations. In these positions, they managed and directed departments, organized hiring events for local employers, conducted outreach to assist veterans in gaining employment, and provided presentations on CareerSource programs and federal mandates.

Cody Melton holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business, which they obtained between 2018 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Trident University International, spanning from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Cody has two Associate's degrees from the Community College of the Air Force. One is in Instructor of Avionic Systems, and the other is in Avionics Systems Technology. In terms of certifications, they have acquired advanced training in Fiber Optic, Computer Service Technician, and holds an FCC License with Radar Endorsement, all obtained from the Aviation and Electronic Schools of America.
