Trent Whisenant

Trent Whisenant currently serves as the Apprenticeship Grant Program Manager at CareerWise New York, where responsibilities include managing federal workforce development grants. Previous experience includes serving as a Consulting Analyst on the Youth Apprenticeship team at Ascend Indiana, providing project management and strategic support for youth apprenticeship initiatives. Additionally, Trent has held the position of Director of Music at both Messiah Lutheran Church and First Presbyterian Church, where oversight of musical programming and volunteer management were key duties. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Organ Performance from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Music from The University of the South.
