Doug Westby-Gibson

Doug Westby-Gibson is an experienced professional in enterprise business architecture, currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Business Architecture at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since February 2018. Prior to this role, Doug held various positions at World Vision from 2006 to January 2018, including Principal Enterprise Business Architect, Regional IT Director for the Middle East & Eastern Europe, and Senior Director of Strategic Capabilities in the International Programs Group.
