Kate Maleski

Kate Maleski, M. Ed. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kate most recently worked at Careforth starting in 2022 as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they held various roles at Monarch, including Director of Talent Acquisition, Director of Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition Team Lead, and Talent Acquisition Professional. Before joining Monarch, they worked at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2011 to 2018 in a role titled UNCG and GCS. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Director of Operations at The Arc of High Point. Kate'searlier experience includes working as the Director of Administration at Monarch from 2006 to 2009.

Kate Maleski, M. Ed. has a Master of Education degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Prior to that, they studied English and Psychology at Appalachian State University.
