Matt Metzger

Matt Metzger serves as the Vice President of Operations at Carefree of Colorado, overseeing global supply chain, manufacturing, maintenance, and warehouse/distribution teams since May 2023. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at PepsiCo from June 2012 to May 2023, including Supply Chain Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing warehousing, inventory, and distribution as well as driving major transformations such as the establishment of a new satellite warehouse. Additional roles at PepsiCo involved quality control management, engineering and maintenance oversight, process improvement initiatives, and production supervision. Experience also includes a project management role at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and internships at PepsiCo and Federal-Mogul. Matt holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
