Michelle Chapie

Michelle Chapie serves as the Vice President of Clinical at CareLinc Medical Equipment since October 2020. Prior to this role, Michelle was an Adjunct Professor at Grand Valley State University, where involvement included teaching a master's level leadership class in Occupational Therapy Services Administration. Michelle's extensive experience spans two decades at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, where positions included Director of Outpatient Services, Director of Contract Services and Home Health, Director of Rehabilitation Programs, and Rehabilitation Manager, focusing on program management, value-based service transformation, and operational excellence in clinical settings. Earlier in the career, Michelle worked as a Staff Occupational Therapist at NovaCare Rehabilitation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Saginaw Valley State University.
