John Waters

John Waters is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management for EAP at Carelon Behavioral Health, where John is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Employee Assistance Program products in the US Employer market segment. Prior to their current role, John held leadership positions at Optum, Ameriprise Financial, and Deluxe Corporation, with a strong background in product development, management, and strategic client management. John is also a Board Member at Run Minnesota, the oldest and largest running organization in Minnesota. John holds a BS in Economics from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Marketing from Metro State University.
