Kelly Conroy

Kelly Conroy is currently the Head of Digital Marketing at Carelon. Prior to this role, Kelly held various positions at Lincoln Financial Group from May 2018 to March 2023, including AVP for Group Protection Customer Experience, Transformation, and Customer Experience. Before joining Lincoln Financial Group, Kelly worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance for almost 17 years, with roles ranging from Manager of Customer Experience & Operational Excellence to Communications Associate. Kelly graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2001 with a BA in Marketing and Economics.
