Kapil Bage

Kapil Bage has substantial experience in the software engineering field, beginning in 2002 and continuing to the present. Kapil currently holds the position of VP of Software Engineering at CareMetx, LLC since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as Senior Development Manager/Senior Application Architect at Western Union Business Solutions from May 2013 to March 2018. From April 2008 to April 2018, they worked as a Development Manager/Application Architect at the same company. Before this, they were a Senior Software Developer/Tech Lead at Fannie Mae, where they focused on designing and developing applications within the Microsoft .NET and SQL Server database ecosystem from June 2006 to April 2008. Mr. Bage also served as a Senior Consultant/Team Lead at Capgemini from August 2004 to May 2006, and as a Lead Developer/Architect at Suvi Information Systems from July 2002 to August 2004. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, adherence to design principles and development standards, and a commitment to improving processes and client satisfaction.

Kapil Bage holds a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and a Bachelor's in Computer Science (BSc) from Govt. Holkar Science College A.B. Road, Indore. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, TOGAF 9.1 Certified, Certified Scrum Master, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, and Microsoft Certified Professional.
