Reyna Gatchalian

Reyna Gatchalian has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Reyna currently works at Carenet Health as an HR Business Partner, where they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they were an Onboarding Specialist at the same company from December 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Carenet Health, Reyna worked at Allegis Group as a Human Resources Team Lead from April 2021 to November 2021. Reyna also served as a Regional HR Officer at delaware Philippines from May 2016 to September 2017, where they focused on employee relations, policy maintenance, and compliance with local regulations.

Reyna's previous experience includes being an HR Operations Site Lead at MicroSourcing from December 2014 to June 2015, and an HR Officer at Convergys Philippines Services Corporation from April 2006 to October 2014. Reyna began their career at Smart Communications, LLC as an ER Associate, where they worked from April 2005 to February 2006.

Reyna Gatchalian obtained a Masteral Degree in Strategic HR Management from Miriam College between 2007 and 2010.
