Terry N. Williams

Terry is a medical device executive with extensive expertise in development, approval, and commercialization of medical devices. He was founder and CEO of a start-up medical device and software company, Trac Medical, that successfully designed, manufactured and received FDA approval for three clinical devices. His company also developed and received five US patents with acute care product offerings to Kinetic Concepts (KCI), General Electric Medical Systems, Baxter Healthcare and Philips Medical Systems before acquisition by the Authentidate Corporation, which resulted in a successful public stock offering.

He holds a B.S. degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry and Biological Sciences from the NC State University.
