Heather Hancock

Heather Hancock has over 25 years of experience in human resources management. Heather is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at CareRx Corporation since June 2020. Previously, they held the same position at Centric Health Corp. from March 2019 to June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of People at Sienna Senior Living from 2015 to 2019. Heather has also served as the Director of Human Resources at LAUNCH!, QuickPlay Media, and Avotus Corporation. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Consultant at HA Consulting, Manager of Human Resources at Oxford Properties Group, and Manager of Human Resources at NetTest (Canada) Inc. Heather started their career at Credit Union Central of Ontar as a Manager of Human Resources and Training & Development Consultant. Throughout their career, Heather has gained extensive experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, retention, training, and organizational development.

Heather Hancock has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Western University. Heather also holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the Human Resources Professionals Association. Additionally, they have a Certificate of Proficiency in Employee Benefits from Humber College. Moreover, they have obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn and is also a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from the Human Resources Professionals Association.
