Gordan Redzic has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gordan is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at CareScout since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of CTO at Onbe from April 2018 to July 2022. From July 2014 to April 2018, they worked as the Vice President Product, SleepIQ at Sleep Number by Select Comfort. Gordan also worked at Paylocity as the Director of Product Management from August 2012 to July 2014. Before that, they served as a Senior Product Manager, Location Content at NAVTEQ from June 2009 to July 2012.

Gordan's early career included roles at Motorola, where they worked as a Product Marketing Manager from December 2007 to June 2009, and as a Senior Staff Test Engineer from June 2001 to December 2007. In their role as a Senior Staff Test Engineer, Gordan managed a software engineering team, developed automation strategies, established vendor relationships, and introduced best practices. Gordan was also involved in industry events and was nominated for Motorola's Business Leadership Development Program. Gordan began their career as a Technology Group Intern at Cyberpixie, Inc. in 2001.

Gordan Redzic's education history begins with their high school education at Maine East High School, where they attended from 1993 to 1997. Gordan then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Loyola University Chicago, which they completed from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, studying from 2001 to 2003.

Gordan furthered their education by pursuing an MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management specializing in Finance, Management & Strategy, and Marketing. Gordan attended the program from 2005 to 2008, successfully completing their studies.

Additionally, Gordan obtained two certifications. In October 2019, they completed the "Microservices Foundations" certification from LinkedIn. Later, in January 2021, they obtained another certification called "Azure for Architects: Design a Compute Strategy," also from LinkedIn.
