Grace Fletcher

Grace Fletcher is an experienced professional in educational support and vocational training. Currently serving as a Senior Job Coach at CareTrade UK Charitable Trust since September 2022, Grace specializes in assisting young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Prior experience includes a role as a Learning Support Assistant at Christ The King Sixth Forms and as a School Office Administrator at Woodhill Primary School, where responsibilities involved managing office systems and communication within a busy school environment. Additional experience as a Learning Support Assistant and Administrator at Roots and Shoots focused on supporting individuals with Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP) and special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
