Connon Williams

Connon Williams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They began their career as a Team Leader/Personal Account Representative at Deseret First Credit Union in 1998. Over the years, they demonstrated their leadership and management skills by progressing to roles such as Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President Branch Operations, where they supervised branch operations and trained staff in various aspects of the business. They also served as Assistant Vice President Consumer Lending, overseeing loan approvals and streamlining lending processes. In 2006, they became Assistant Vice President Marketing, leading marketing and advertising efforts for the credit union.

In 2012, Connon Williams started working as a Freelance Graphic Designer, where they designed logos, created print and digital ads, and consulted with businesses to improve brand effectiveness. They later became the Design Director at Griffco Graphic Solutions / Queen of Wraps in 2015, where they were responsible for recruiting and hiring new designers, providing training and coaching, and implementing cross-functional training on design processes.

In 2019, Connon Williams joined CareXM as a Marketing Communications Manager, overseeing marketing communications initiatives. Later that year, they joined TeleMed as a Marketing Communications professional. Overall, Connon Williams has a strong background in marketing, advertising, design, and leadership across various industries.

Connon Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Utah, where they attended from 1998 to 2002.
